XSouLT - Christian Band

Botswana... A landlocked country in which the climate is largely that of a desert. It is situated in Southern Africa, and borders with South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia. When it became independent in 1966, it was declared one of the poorest countries in the world. Since then, and with the aid of the highest diamond producing mines in the world, Botswana has developed quite a bit. However it is still a poor nation, struggling to keep up with the ever changing world. There is a hunger instilled in the people, for God.

For over a year now XSouLT has been raising money to build a church in Africa, Botswana. The means of raising money were various concerts put up by XSouLT in WA, Australia, CD Album - JUST COS, 24 hour cycling event as well as a cycling trip from Perth to Albany (686km).
On the 29th of June XSouLT's members with a team volunteers have left Perth, Australia on their journey to Botswana. The team is set to build a church over a period of one month, perform various concerts and with their sound recording crew help record an accapella album from a local group in Gaborone, Botswana.
